Emefa Ama Xatse Agyeman

Ama Emefa Xatse Agyeman is a Director and the Chief Operating Officer at Horsham Consulting. She is a Certified International Education Counsellor, a seasoned marketing and communications strategist, an education enthusiast and a firm believer in lifelong learning. She is also the host of Conversations with Ama, a podcast that reflects her essence: authentic, curious and deeply committed to meaningful connection.

Her career reflects a bold and purposeful pivot. Beginning in marketing and communications, she built a foundation in crafting compelling narratives and strengthening organisational identity. This expertise naturally extended into education, where she now serves concurrently as Executive Assistant to the Rector and Team Lead for Admissions and Student Support at MountCrest University College. In these roles, she leads student-focused initiatives, supports strategic decision-making, manages institutional communications and fosters inclusive systems that enhance both student experience and institutional performance.

Emefa’s commitment to lifelong learning shapes her approach to work and life. Each year, she undertakes at least two online courses, not only in areas that advance her professional expertise but also in subjects that reflect her personal interests. From event planning to data analysis, she invests in skills that broaden her perspective and keep her adaptable in an ever-changing world.
